System Structure

With the EAI (Enterprise Appli­cation Integration) interface incorporated into the MODUS BUSINESS SUITE Services, users connect and integrate the most different systems or scanning procedures, such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Microsoft Ex­change and many more, seamlessly into their SharePoint environment. User and meta data as well as search procedures can thus be retrieved directly from the aforementioned systems. It avoids difficulties when exchanging data between single applications and streamlines work processes. The software offers a universal import interface to integrate it into the most different systems / procedures (scanning, classification, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Ex­change, Notes, BAAN, digital signatures...) and incorporate the SharePoint search in the interfaces of connected systems.

Visualization

Through the integrated search function, you can instantly filter for precise information and display it graphically. Newly imported documents will be linked to related files automatically, minimizing data maintenance and simultaneously increasing the efficiency of teams and departments. All data to a respective operation is available directly on screen.

The Viewer that is fully integrated into the user interface empowers you to directly show documents in SharePoint - without having to use additional, external applications.
