Deployment Portal for even more web support
In addition to the Helpdesk for all service and support requests, MODUS Consult set up a so-called Deployment Portal for user companies to offer web support for the delivery of software objects (e.g., new releases and service packs). The centralized platform for software product delivery can be used for new developments by MODUS Consult AG as well as for developments by customers themselves. The Deployment Portal complies with the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9000 et seq. and resembles a customer-controlled download page. Embedded in the Helpdesk portal, MODUS Consult automatically informs customers on the Deployment Portal about software fixes, provides service packs and necessary database updates.
