Access our Helpdesk with a personal login to find information on the current processing status of a project - at any time

Every authorised employee of your company can access the Helpdesk directly with a personal login and, for example, call up information on the current processing status of their inquiry - at any time. Besides, you have access to the history of each Helpdesk inquiry or a detailed preliminary recording of support cases and questions.

Deployment Portal

This development platform for the delivery of software products can be used both by MODUS Consult for new developments and by the customers themselves for theirs.

We support our customers in the delivery of software objects via the web (for example new releases and service packs).

The centralized platform for the delivery of software products can be used both by MODUS Consult for new as well as for in-house developments by the customers themselves.

In addition to the Helpdesk as a portal for all service and support requests, MODUS Consult has set up a so-called Deploy­ment Portal for the user companies. We support our customers in the delivery of software objects via the web (for example, new releases and service packs). The Deployment Portal meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9000 ff. and resembles a customer-controlled download page. Embedded in the Helpdesk Portal, MODUS Consult automatically shows customers changes in the software, provides service packs and implements necessary database adaptations in the Deployment Portal.
